Jarvis · Predictive Maintenance & Condition Monitoring

From Sensor to Insight. Predictive Maintenance for Rotating Equipment.

Jarvis is an AI-driven predictive maintenance platform. It turns vibration and temperature data from motors, pumps, conveyors, presses and robots into health scores and alerts, so teams can act before small problems become breakdowns.

01How it works

From Sensor to Insight.

Jarvis follows a simple path: measure the machine, analyse the signal, score its health and tell people when it changes.

  1. 01

    Sensors

Vibration and temperature sensors mounted on bearing housings. Quick, non-intrusive installation.

  2. 02

    Raw data

Raw vibration time signal and bearing casing temperature, captured continuously.

  3. 03

    Analysis

FFT spectrum and time waveform analysis, tracked against each machine's own baseline.

  4. 04

    Health score

An Overall Machine Health Index from 0 to 100, with a severity level for each point.

  5. 05

    Dashboard & alerts

A real-time dashboard with automated health scoring and alerts when behaviour changes.

Set-up

Vibration and temperature sensors were mounted on the motor bearing housings. Data was sent to the Jarvis dashboard, which captured the raw vibration signal and bearing casing temperature, ran FFT and time waveform analysis, and produced an Overall Machine Health Index.

What the pilot showed

  • Captured vibration signatures at the motor measurement points.
  • Identified a 1× running-speed component and broadband noise in the FFT, consistent with flow-related effects.
  • Demonstrated a real-time dashboard with automated health scoring.
  • Validated the data collected by the real-time sensors.

The pilot shows that Jarvis works for small operations as well as large ones. Renting the sensors removes the upfront cost that often stops smaller sites from starting condition monitoring.
